"NO THANKS" LIST

There may be items you never want to have in your boxes. Simply ask us to add them to your permanent "no thanks" list and we will always exclude and replace them for you.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to Greater Victoria & Saanich Peninsula. If you live outside of these areas please send us a message and we can potentially arrange something.

Pick-ups are available at our downtown Hudson Market location, on delivery days. Just select "pick up" at checkout and we will arrange a time.

IS IT ORGANIC?

Probably. All of our suppliers are from Vancouver Island (excluding some Okanagan seasonal fruits). We work with several different farms to bring you a wide selection of produce, almost all of which is organic. There may be things in season that can not be obtained from an organic farm (eg kiwi), and we will let you know which ones on our weekly packing list. We work under the model of full transparency, if you have a concern or question about your product, please reach out to us.

Any meat/dairy/egg suppliers will also be organic and/or free range. 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY DAYS?

We deliver our full menu and produce boxes once a week, on Wednesday, between roughly 9am to 5pm (we can't guarantee specific times, but will do our best to accommodate your needs). Order cut-off for alcohol is midnight on Sunday. Order cut-offs for everything else is at 12 midnight on Tuesday.

CHILLED ITEMS

If your box contains chilled items (meat/dairy etc..) please help us in maintaining its freshness by leaving out a cooler if possible.

APARTMENT COMPLEX DROP OFF

If you live in a apartment or condo please inform us when you sign up so we can make notes on your file, and arrange to leave products in a designated safe place

WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you aren't enjoying your subscription, or need to stop for any reason, you can cancel your plan at any time. No questions asked. Heading out of town or need a break? Just message us and we can "pause" your subscription until a designated future date. Pretty easy.

 

Please notify us of a cancellation one week in advance, or pause in subscription at least three days before the delivery date.
